The 3rd SMI Postgraduate Students' Conference was hosted by the Conservatory of Music and Drama, Dublin Institute of Technology, on 22-23 January 2010.
The keynote speaker was Professor John Irving (University of Bristol), whose lecture was entitled ‘Recording eighteenth-century sonatas on an eighteenth-century harpsichord: some pros and cons’.
